ALCOA GARDEN Thrash: Met June 11 at Evelyn Ousley's knowledgeable in. Program: "Raised Flower Beds, Egg Exchange."

Since rain appeared nigh, it was decided to go outside and view the Ousleys' flowers and vegetable gardens before the caucus. As always, the many flowers on the property were beautiful. The u-shaped raised garden bed featured many vegetable plantings. Straight off next to the raised garden was a regular garden with corn, beans, greens and tomatoes, to name a few. All the vegetable and efflorescence plantings looked healthy, spirited and well tended.

Club members had only just finished admiring the plantings and asking questions when stimulate and rain sent them into the house, where they discovered the power had gone off. The accommodation with the most light was a large, glass enclosed patio stay with plenty of seating and enough light to see one another and to do any urgent reading.
